How long will it take to receive my PVC Bag?

It can take up to 4 weeks to produce a bag, however this also depends on the time of year. 

 

Do you have a walk in store?

Our workshop in located in Kelso, Townsville. However, we do not classify this as a 'Walk in Store'. Customers are only able to visit the workshop if they are picking up an order.

 

Can you personalise a bag that is not VK Vinyl?

No. We only provide personalisation options for VK Vinyl products.

 

Where do I pick up my order from?

Our workshop is located at 92A Hammond Way, Kelso. There is a collection table for customers to pick up their order.

 

I ordered the wrong Phone Case. What do I do?

It is up to the customer to ensure that every detail provided to us is correct. The Phone Case can not be change once it has been made by us and can not be refunded. 

 

There is something wrong with my order.

If you have received your order but something is not right, please contact us as soon as possible.
